Our Client operates in 10 markets across Asia, Middle East and North Africa. In each of the operating market, our cleint offers its customers self-care app under the name of ‘client App‘(MoA_. Every market operation (Opco) is empowered to manage their own MoA, with their local development team. All these MoA are hyper-localized, each country has their own version of client App, on iOS & Android in English and in local languages. All MoAs are developed & managed by local dev teams and have different IT infrastructure at the back end and a varying product maturity and roadmap at the discretion of Opco. Currently, UI UX for client App is highly fragmented and convoluted, leading to poor usability & discovery for users.
Driving adoption for MoA is a strategic priority for client Group. The redesign of UI UX for MoA will be a critical component for the success of this strategic initiative. client group is in process of hiring a UI UX design agency who can act as a strategic partner in this redesign process of UI UX for cleint Apps across all its markets.
One of the greatest challenges for UI UX redesign effort will be to build a design system that caters to complexity and diversity of 10 different Client Apps while maintaining consistency & room to localize.
