Churn Reduction

  • Establish and develop a retention framework and roadmap with both reactive and proactive strategies on reducing churn.
  • Implement end-to-end campaigns of targeted BTL aimed at enhancing customer value and reducing churn.
  • Develop segment level retention framework strategies and implementation roadmaps

 

Enhancing Customer Loyalty:

  • Establish and develop a strategy and roadmap for customer loyalty and improved customer experience.
  • Design and develop on going retention offers that is reflected in concept papers with detailed process which defines the roles and responsibilities of the executor linking it to compensation matrix at the touch points (i.e. Sales agent, retention agent, …etc.)

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or any relative field of study.
  • 5 – 7 year experience in the consumer marketing or customer lifecycle management
  • Open to Myanmar Nationals
