Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the design for new cloud Data Center platform building, including developing High level and detailed level design for the data center Infrastructure to support IaaS, PaaS, DBaaS, NwaaS, VDI, VPC services.  Work with the architectures and planning/delivery teams to analyze technical needs, research and architect solutions, provide governance over design and documentation, provide technical leadership and mentoring for the infrastructure implementation and support teams. 

• The Cloud Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for architecting and designing the most secure and reliable cloud environments. will lead the architecture of multi-cloud environments and provide technical leadership to different teams by understanding and effectively communicating customer business problems to be solved. • Collaborative – The Cloud Infrastructure architect will collaborate with technical teams on defining architectural standards and best practices. It will provide constant design guidelines and oversight to project teams on proper building, designing and deploying cloud infrastructure projects. By providing continuous feedback based on experience and new learnings, will help evolve the architecture standards and methodologies. Will work closely with Application Architects to ensure that the designed solutions are topnotch and customer requirements are being meet. • Create HLD, LLD architecture solutions, secure stakeholders’ approval and handoff for implementation. • Understand business requirements, create technical requirements and apply design methods and standards for quality design approach. • Solution and design for capacity planning, dimensioning, lead performance discussion and vendor management. • Provide support (RFI/RFP, Client/vendor due diligence). • Review, approve and document any design changes during implementation phase and update the related design documentations before closure. Principally act as a design authority during implementations. •  Work with the different SMEs, Architecture and Planning team as well as other technical teams to design and implement solutions to support the reliable delivery of products and services as well as to meet the goals of the business. • Provide team leadership, technical leadership, coaching, mentoring and support implementation engineers and other technical teams. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • 10+ years' experience in designing, deploying and migrating key technical systems
