Job Description

The Director Attribution/Digital has the following responsibilities:

 Expert advisor for OpCos on Digital / online analytics. 

 To support OpCos with:  Hiring and review of online analytics resources

 Training, sharing best practices, and tools related to online analytics, multi-touch attribution and online marketing and sales performance mgmt

 Assess OpCos “online analytics” plans, abilities, and KPIs for GMC and OpCo BoDs

 Transforming Opco approach to a more data driven in sales & marketing

 Coaching the Opco’s to make better use of their analytical tools to optimize their digital business

 Co-create care part of multi-year digital transformation plan for each OpCo and set corresponding KPIs 

 Discussion partner for OpCo digital management on digital analytics & attribution

 Take interim management roles when required

 Identify key data to track across markets to support everything above

Experience 
 
 5+ years experience with attribution modeling and analytics, using google 360, google analytics, or other relevant tools for analytics and multitouch attribution modeling. 

 Digital marketing, product management, or app / web development experience preferred

 10+ years experience in Digital 
 
Minimum Entry Qualifications 
  Bachelor Degree 

 Master’s degree is a plus

 Degree in Computer science/Math is a plus

 English mandatory, another language spoken in one of our OpCos is a plus
