Job Description

Lead the design for new Data Center building, including developing High level and detailed level design for the data center networks to support IaaS, PaaS, DBaaS, NwaaS, VDI, VPC services.  • Deep L2/L3 Routing and switching knowledge • Create HLD, LLD for network solutions, secure stakeholders’ approval and handoff for implementation. • Understand business requirements, create technical requirements and apply design methods and standards for quality design approach. • Participate in capacity planning, dimensioning and vendor management. • Provide support (RFI/RFP, Client/vendor due diligence). • Lead network architectural strategy, design, security, governing principles, and standards as they related to datacenters, data, and WAN infrastructure. Principally act as a design authority during implementations. • Work with the different SMEs from the Infrastructure Architecture and Planning team as well as other technical teams to design and implement solutions to support the reliable delivery of products and services as well as to meet the goals of the business. • Provide team leadership, technical leadership, coaching, mentoring and support to network engineers and other technical teams. • Review, approve and document any design changes during implementation phase and update the related design documentations before closure. 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • 10+ years' experience in designing, deploying and migrating key technical systems. • A proven track record of services delivery excellence with 8+ years of experience in technology leadership and consulting services • 8+ years' experience in infrastructure networking architecture. • Exceptional understanding of the requirements needed to design, manage and maintain complex technical solutions and their peripherals • Possession of a demonstrable understanding of modern architectural patterns such as SDN, NFV, spine &leaf, FW, VXLAN, Cisco ACI, etc. •
